For as long as she can remember she has had a passion for hair, beauty, and her hometown of Bayonne, NJ. Although Carlene's path to the beauty industry was not a straight road, she eventually made her passion a reality.
In 1998, she graduated Highschool from Saint Dominic Academy, in Jersey City NJ, and in September of 98 she left her hometown to attend Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. Carlene soon realized that this was not the road she wanted to follow. She enrolled in Cosmetology school in Connecticut and began her Journey into the World of Hair and Beauty. At Hoboken University Medical Center he served as the "Chief Medical Officer"SVPMA-Care Point Health System and also as "Chief Medical Informatics Officer." Medical Director at Saint Mary Hospital located at Hoboken, New Jersey.
Dr. Caprio has also a distinguished military service and has served proudly in the United States Navy. In 2013, he was honorably discharged with the Rank of Commander.

Throughout his training, and practice, he has received multiple awards for medical research and has published many peer-reviewed research papers. He has presented the results of his research at conferences both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Mica O’Gilvie graduated with her Masters in Nursing as well as her Doctorate as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Mica has an eye for symmetry and precision, focusing on safe and natural results. In addition to being a critical care nurse, Mica is an experienced Dermatology and Plastic Surgery Nurse Practitioner, who has mastered clinical excellence and exceptional patient centered care by working in one of the country's leading hospitals. Using her diverse background and multiple skill sets, Mica takes an individualized approach to aesthetics and tailors her treatments to achieve aesthetically pleasing results for each patient.

She has trained extensively with board certified plastic surgeons and has over four years of experience in the aesthetic field. She performs procedures such as dermal filler and neuromodulator injections, PDO threading, and microneedling. Kimberly has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry but after working in the pharmaceutical research and development field, she decided to follow my passion for medical aesthetics and made a career change to nursing. She is a Registered Nurse, who academically was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Kimberly is also an NY & NJ licensed esthetician and an American Academy of Micropigmentation certified Permanent Makeup Artist. Her current specialty is medical-surgical, telemetry and aesthetics.She Has worked under renowned plastic surgeons, shadowed trainers and amazing Nurse Practitioners as well as taken advanced classes in neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Kimberly Brings her expertise to Advanced Cosmesis where she offeres many injection services as well as IV drips, laser hair removal, microneedling and radiofrequency procedures.
